- Access the Catalog tab and select the photos you wish to export.
- To highlight multiple images, you can hold the Option key(Mac) or Alt key (Win) and click on the photos you wish to select.
- Next, click Export at the top.
- You will only see one image in this window, but if all images were selected in the previous step, they will all be exported together.

- Click Save to Disk and a new window will pop up.
- First, choose a location you wish to save your files.
- Click the Options button on the bottom-left of this window to see more options for your images.

- For this example, we will save the images to share online. Click the Resize drop-down menu and change it to Long Edge.
- Then, set the number to 2000 (pixels).
- Set the Color space to sRGB and the Format to JPEG, with a Quality of 100.
- When finished, click Save and your photos will be saved to your computer in the folder specified in the previous step.
- When exporting multiple files, the exported versions will retain the same filenames as the original files.
